Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 August 2026
These terms govern use of the SkyDBI website. Services we deliver to clients and vendor partners are governed by separately signed agreements, which take precedence over this page for those relationships. This page is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.
1. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes related to evaluating or managing a business relationship with SkyDBI. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated means that place unreasonable load on it, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
2. Information on this site
Content on this website describes our services in general terms. Figures such as client counts, vendor counts, annual buying volume, geographic coverage, and typical cost reductions are stated as of the last review date and describe our overall client base rather than a promise of individual results. Case study figures describe specific engagements and are not representative of every client.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Pricing, coverage, and service scope are confirmed in a written proposal following a spend audit.
3. No guarantee of results
Media and data buying outcomes depend on market conditions, category mix, geography, budget, creative, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rates, coverage percentages, pipeline outcomes, or cost reductions on this website. Any commitments applicable to a client engagement appear in that client's signed agreement.
4. Client and vendor relationships
Services, fees, data licensing terms, delivery obligations, confidentiality, and liability for client engagements are set out in the applicable services agreement. Vendor partner obligations, including sourcing representations and coverage testing, are set out in the applicable partner agreement. Applying through this website does not create either relationship.
5. Third-party media and data
SkyDBI places buys with media platforms and licenses data from third-party providers. Those third parties set their own terms, and licensed data carries usage restrictions passed through to clients. Clients are responsible for using licensed data in compliance with applicable law in the jurisdictions where they operate and contact recipients.
6. Intellectual property
The SkyDBI name, brand assets, site design, and written content are owned by SkyDBI or its licensors. You may reference and link to this content with attribution. You may not reproduce it substantially or present it as your own.
7. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyDBI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
