What Is The SkyDBI Partner Network?

The SkyDBI partner network is the vendor side of our buying desk. Data providers, intent networks, sales intelligence platforms, and outreach tooling companies license through SkyDBI, which then distributes their data or product into client waterfalls and programs across a 3,800+ client base.

If you sell data or sales tooling, you already know where the money goes. Long enterprise sales cycles, procurement reviews at every account, security questionnaires, and a renewal fight twelve months later. Distribution costs more than production, and the deals that close are frequently smaller than the effort to win them.

SkyDBI is a single counterparty that already holds the buyers. We negotiate one agreement, then route qualifying client demand into your data or platform through the waterfalls and programs we operate. You get volume without carrying the cost of winning each account individually, and we get coverage in categories where our clients need it.

Categories we actively license

Data & Enrichment Providers

Contact, firmographic, technographic data

Providers with verified work emails, direct dials, company attributes, or install-base data. Regional specialists are valuable to us where global providers thin out, particularly across EMEA and APAC.

Intent & Signal Networks

Buying signals and trigger events

Topic-level intent, funding events, hiring signals, technology changes, and other triggers our clients use to prioritize which accounts get worked first.

Sales Intelligence Platforms

Prospecting, scoring, account intelligence

Platforms that help teams find, score, or research accounts. We resell into client stacks and recommend within consulting engagements where fit is genuine.

Sales & Outreach Tooling

Engagement, sequencing, dialing

Sequencers, dialers, and engagement platforms that our consulting team deploys inside client outbound builds and managed outreach programs.

From application to live in client waterfalls

1

Application and category fit

You tell us what you sell, which geographies and segments you are strongest in, and where your coverage is genuinely differentiated. We check that against gaps in our current waterfalls.

2

Sourcing and compliance review

We review how your data is sourced, what consent or lawful-basis documentation exists, and how refresh cycles work. This happens before any commercial discussion concludes.

3

Blind coverage test

Your data runs against a benchmark set alongside existing providers. Placement in the waterfall is determined by measured match rate and accuracy for specific segments, not by commercial terms.

4

Commercial terms

We agree volume-based pricing on one master agreement covering distribution across our client base, rather than per-client contracts.

5

Live distribution and review

You go live in the waterfalls and programs where you tested strongest. Performance is reviewed on a recurring cycle, and strong segments get more volume.

How partners are evaluated

  • Documented sourcing. We need to know where records come from and what documentation supports lawful use under frameworks such as the GDPR, since we pass that documentation to clients.
  • Measured coverage in a defined segment. Being strong in one geography or vertical is more useful to us than being average everywhere.
  • Stable refresh cycles. Data that decays without a refresh process degrades waterfall performance and gets reordered quickly.
  • Delivery infrastructure. API or bulk delivery that can support volume without manual handling on either side.
  • Honest coverage claims. The blind coverage test compares stated coverage to measured coverage. Overstated numbers are the most common reason applications stall.

Partner questions

Data is delivered into client waterfalls as part of a SkyDBI license, with source attribution available to clients who request it. Platform partnerships vary and are agreed in the commercial terms.

By measured performance in the blind coverage test, per segment. A provider can sit first for EMEA mid-market and lower for North American enterprise in the same waterfall.

It depends on category, coverage strength, and client demand in your segment. We do not guarantee volume upfront, and any provider who promises you a number without testing coverage first is guessing.

Yes, when coverage is genuinely differentiated in a defined segment. Company size matters less than documented sourcing and measured accuracy.

Waterfall order is re-tested on a recurring cycle. Degraded sources move down or out. Recovery is possible once measured performance improves.

One agreement. Distribution across 3,800+ buyers.

Tell us what you sell, where your coverage is strongest, and how your data is sourced. If there is a gap we need filled, the coverage test is the next step.
